Al-Yaqiinاليقين
Prayer times, the full Quran with recitation, athkar and qibla — in one calm, bilingual app.

Overview
Al-Yaqiin is an Arabic-first Islamic companion for Android. It locates the user, computes the day's prayer times and counts down to the next one, opens any of the 114 surahs with verse-by-verse recitation, and keeps morning, evening and after-prayer athkar with a tap counter. The interface is a dark, glass-like design built for one-handed use.

Studio audit
A solid, working app with real data. Fixed issues that would hurt it in production.
Found
- A leftover test notification fired 10 seconds after every launch ("If you see this, notifications are working!")
- Hero images used absolute paths and broke when hosted in a sub-folder
- An analytics beacon from the AI tool that generated the first version was still in the page
- Native-only notification calls threw errors in the browser
Fixed
- Removed the debug notification
- Images now resolve from the build base path
- Removed the third-party tracking script
- Native calls are skipped outside Android
Scored out of 10 on functionality, interface, visual consistency, performance, responsiveness, navigation, architecture, accessibility, error handling and professional readiness.
Demonstration
This is the same web build that runs inside the Android app. Notifications are an Android feature and are switched off in the browser.
